Cleaning and Restoration

The first part of the process is to strip old polish off the floor area, suction dry and apply a sealer. Once sealed, two coats of emulsion polish should achieve a desired finish.

The benefit of this system is to allow the polish on the floor to wear, not the floor. If a regular on going maintenance programme is adhered to the floor area will look good longer, although stripping and polishing will still be required periodically.

We always use the best quality polymer based metalised emulsion polish provided in matt, satin or gloss finish. Our aim is to provide a resilient hard wearing luster finish that is durable in everyday conditions.

Ongoing Maintenance

Our team can offer ongoing maintenance of polished floors ensuring they stay looking good for todays' busy environment. Safety flooring, such as Altro or Polysafe in kitchen and toilet areas can benefit from our regular extraction cleaning methods ensuring they remain clean and hygienic.
